London Times and online indexes by Palmer

A previous posting was made as a reply so I am repeating information about an index to articles in The Times newspaper published in London, now with its own subject line in this Forum. Also I found two editions of it online, with search engines. Be aware that the print versions which are searched have very tiny print and the search engine might easily miss a surname or placename. I suggest going to the Ireland section of the involved volume's index and quickly reviewing what is listed there. For instance, in the 1905 Oct-Dec edition, there is an article listed in the index's Ireland section on a Capt. Donelan but the search engine returns nothing for Donelan.

"London Times articles are available in two resources. An index by Samuel Palmer exists for all its articles, starting in 1795 and continuing far past 1831, but that handles four months of the publication in each edition and it is not available in Australia. What you can look for is a ProQuest database (ProQuest is a subscription service available in many public libraries in the U.S. and likely in Australia somewhere) called Palmer's Full Text Online. I should also mention that there is a CD version, but I could not find any reference to its being in a collection in Australia:
