Last week (5 Jul 2024), the Clare Champion, published an article on Maggie Hinchey, suffragist and labor organizer, by Catriona Crowe, Limerick Genealogy. Maggie Hinchey was from Coolready, Kilnoe parish (Bodyke), daughter of Thomas Hinchy and Mary Molony. She was born 19 Oct 1873; she died in Manhattan, New York City, on 29 Feb 1944.
