Can't keep from commenting on the Spaight wedding description -- this account of a gentry wedding is so revealing for being a contrast to the economic underpinnings of British-oriented society eroding in East Clare and local talent emigrating, such as my family's schoolteacher Peter Carberry in 1864.

Minor suggestion: check and edit the McMahon-Creagh wedding transcription as the Creagh residence was likely noted as Ralahine, which in its current spelling will not come up if a reader is using the Forum search engine to find references to Ralahine.
