Clare Freeman, Sat 8 Dec 1877:The managing committee of the County Infirmary, acknowledge the receipt of 24 rabbits and 6 pheasants on the 20th inst., from the Right Hon Lord Inchiquin, for the use of the patients in the hospital.
SheilaFollowing, we presume, the noble example of Lord Inchiquin in presenting game for the patients of Ennis Infirmary, a present of 15 pheasants and 10 hares has been forwarded to the Westminster Hospital from his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, for the benefit of the in-patients. A similar benefaction has been received by the authorities of the Charing cross Hospital.
