Clare Journal: Thur 13 Jan 1859: Marriages. October 26th, by special licence, at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Sydney, John Kennedy, only son of James Boyd, late of Falkirk, Stirlingshire, Scotland, to Catherine, second daughter of the late William Dodd, of Tulla, in this county.

Clare Journal, Mon 28 May 1866: Marriages. On the 17th March, at Melbourne, Australia, William, fourth son of the late Mr J Barrett, of Tipperary, to Ann, third daughter of the late Mr Powell, of Tulla, in this county.

Clare Journal, Thur 23 Jan 1868: Marriages. On the 5th of November, at the residence of her sister Mrs J Regan, Jamieson, Australia, by the Rev Father J Joseph McKillicuddy, John McCormick, third son of Michael McCormick, farmer, of this county, to Jane O’Flanagan, fifth daughter of Terence O’Flanagan, of this town [Ennis].

Clare Journal, Mon 2 Dec 1867: Deaths. On 8th Sept., at Geelong, Australia, Patrick Considine, formerly of county Clare, Ireland.

I’ve now noticed that three of the above notices are already in Donated Material – Newspaper Extracts; see “Australian Biographical Newspaper Extracts of Births, Marriages, Deaths relating to Clare born 1850 – 1852", donated by Margaret O’Heir:

Deaths: On the 10th Jan., at New Norfolk, Vandemen’s Land, Catherine, eldest daughter of Mr. Michael Meade, of Broom Hill, Kilrush.
Clare Journal, Mon 20 Apr 1863:
Deaths: On the 29th Jan, at the residence of Mr. Thomas O’Toole, Ballarat, John Houlihan, late of the Irish Constabulary, Loughrea, County Galway, aged 29, son of Mr. Thomas Houlihan, Crusheen, County Clare, Ireland, and a passenger in the “Red Jacket,” on her last trip from Liverpool. [Home papers please copy. Melbourne Victorian]

Deaths. On the 8th October, at Ballarat, aged 25 years, Honora, the beloved wife of George Molony, Esq, deeply regretted.

Clare Journal, Mon 23 Mar 1857:
Deaths. At Sea, on the 29th November last, on her return from a visit to her uncle, Mr. Michael Shannon, Postmaster, Newmarket-on Fergus, Mrs. Harrison, the lady of James Harrison, Esq., of Geelong, a member of the Legislative Council of Melbourne. Her remains were conveyed to the church of Geelong by her sorrowing friends, who admired all the amiable qualities which cause her to be much regretted.
Clare Journal, Thur 7 Apr 1859:
Deaths. On the 6th of January, at Melbourne, from the effects of colonial fever, aged 56 years, Mr. Patrick Gibson, for many years connected largely with the mercantile interest in this town.

Clare Journal, Thur 23 Feb 1854: Deaths. It is with sincere regret, that we announce the decease of Mr. Christopher Bagot, late of this town. We find the following obituary in the Adelaide, Weekly Despatch. “On the morning of the 12th November, 1853, at the residence of Captain Watts, Christopher Michael Bagot, Esq., eldest son of Charles Harvey Bagot, Esq., of North Adelaide.

Clare Journal, Thur 24 Sep 1863: Marriages. On the 13th July, at Benalla, Australia, Henry Hurry, to Annie Frances Lewin, daughter of Mr. Thos. Lewin, of this town.

Clare Journal, Mon 7 Dec 1863: Marriages. At Ballarat, Victoria, Joseph Thomas McKeown, Strokestown, County Westmeath, Ireland, to Catherine Brazzil, of this county.

Clare Journal, Mon 24 Aug 1863: Marriages. On the 18th June, at St. Francis’ Cathedral, Melbourne, William Fitzpatrick, son of Anthony Fitzpatrick, Esq., Galway, Ireland, to Margaret Therese, third daughter of James Casey, Esq., late excise officer, Seafield house, county Clare, Ireland.

Clare Journal, Mon 29 Jun 1863: Marriages. On the 15th April, at St. Francis’s Church, Melbourne, Marcus A. Pitt, Esq, late of Wexford, to Kate Mary, eldest daughter of the late Patrick Gibson, Esq, of this town.

Clare Journal, Thur 30 Jan 1862: Marriages. On the 17th of October last, at St. Mary’s Cathedral, Sydney, by the Rev. Father Sheehy, Mr. Michael Fitzgerald, late of this county, to Miss Mary Landriggan, county Tipperary, both residing at Paddington.

Clare Journal, Mon 14 May 1860: Marriages. In Melbourne, on the 10th March, James M. Saunders, Esq., Manager of the Bank of New South Wales, to Margaret Alice, youngest daughter of the late Hugh Mullen, Esq., of this town.

Clare Journal, Thur 31 Dec 1863: Deaths. On the 28th September, at Melbourne, at this sister’s residence, Wangaratta, Mr. Michael Lacy, a native of the County Clare.

Clare Journal, Thur 23 Dec 1858: Marriages. On September 18th by special license, by the Rev. Dr. Lang, Mr. Adam Henderson, a native of Jedburgh, Scotland, to Mary McNarty, of this county, both residing at Botany Bay.

Clare Journal, Thur 21 Jan 1858: Marriages. September 8, at Christ Church, North Adelaide, by the Right Rev. the Lord Bishop of Adelaide, Nathaniel Oldham, Esq., Manager of the Union Bank of Australia, Adelaide, to Ellen Maria, second daughter of the late Daniel Mulville, Esq., of Knockinira, in this county.

Clare Journal, Mon 27 Oct 1862: Deaths. On the 13th July, at Gepps Cross, New South Wales, after a short illness, William Fitzgerald, Esq., late of Corofin, County Clare.

Clare Journal, Thur 11 Dec 1856: Marriages. At Adelaide, William Thomas, eldest son of William Salter, Esq., J.P., of Mamre Brook, Angaston, to Marianne, second daughter of H. S. Blood, Esq., M.D., and J.P., formerly of Springfield, Corofin, in this county.

Clare Journal, Thur 12 Apr 1855: Marriages. At Melbourne, Thomas Denis Stratford Heron, Esq., son of the late Thomas Heron, Esq., Inspector-General of Post-offices in Ireland, to Rebecca Jane, youngest daughter of the late John Miller, Esq., of Toonagh, county Clare.

Clare Journal, Thur 28 Sep 1854: Marriages. At Australia, William Welsh, son of the Rev. Richard Welsh, of Newtown, near the city of Limerick, to Anne, daughter of the late Francis Henry Bindon, Esq., of Corbally.

The following week, the notice appeared again, but with some changes:
Clare Journal, Mon 2 Oct 1854: Marriages. In Australia, William Welsh, Esq., son of the Rev. R. Welsh, of Newtown, county Clare, to Anne, daughter of the late Francis Henry Bindon, Esq., of Corbally, near Limerick.

Clare Journal, Mon 16 Oct 1854: Marriages. At Kapunda, Australia, William O’Hara, Esq., late of Newgrove House, county Dublin, to Maria Cecelia, daughter of the late George Lloyd, Esq., J.P., of Mount Catherine, in this county.

Clare Journal, Mon 26 Mar 1855: Marriages. Jan 1, in St. James’s Church, Richmond, William Henry Rigby, Esq., of Melbourne, to Frances, only daughter of Edward Giles, Esq., of New-quay, county of Clare, Ireland.

Clare Journal, Thur 29 Mar 1855: Marriages. On the 27th inst., in St. James’s Church, by the Rev. J. Gordon Swift Macnell, M.A., Alicia, seventh daughter of Mr. George Chadwick, Cavan, to Mr. David Smith, of this Town, merchant.
