Marriage of Lord Inchiquin. The marriage of Lord Inchiquin to the Hon. Ellen White, daughter of the present Lord Annaly, and niece to Colonel White, Lord Lieutenant for the county Clare, was appointed to take place on Thursday in London. A section of his lordship’s numerous tenantry have made arrangements to give a ball at Dromoland Castle this evening in honour of the event. Invitations have been sent to a large number of persons in Ennis.

Marriage of Lord Inchiquin. Ball at Dromoland. On Thursday evening a ball was given by Lord Inchiquin’s tenants in honour of his lordship’s marriage to Lady Ellen White, which was celebrated on Thursday morning in St. Paul’s Church, London. Over two hundred guests attended, among them the following: Dr Frost, Newmarket; Messrs John Macmahon, Ballynacraggie; John Lyons and Patrick Lyons, Doora; John O’Donohue, Clare Castle; Michael Brassil and party, Denis O’Neill and party, Dromoland; William Reidy and party, P. U. Browne, A Macmahon, the Misses Hogan, Caherteige; the Misses O’Neill, Mr and Mrs Eager, Ennis; T. Culligan, Ennis; D. Crawley, Ennis; John McInerney, Cratloe; M. Carey, Ennis; John Barrett and Miss Barrett, ennis; P. O’Brien, Clare Castle; M. McHugh, Ennis; P. O’Neill and party, Dromoland; T. McInerney, Shepherdtown; Mr and Miss Johnston, Dromoland. A sumptious supper was served at 11 o’clock; shortly after which dancing commenced, and was kept up till an advanced hour in the morning.
