Our attention has been called to a statement which has appeared for some weeks in the "Clare Journal," to the effect that that paper enjoys 'more than double the circulation of any other journal published in this county.' This wild assertion, coming from the "Clare Journal," does not at all surprise us; and we have no doubt it has afforded some amusement to those of the intelligent public who have seen it.
