Rath-Kilnaboy Baptisms 1819 - 1836

Post by Sduddy » Sun Jan 22, 2017 3:42 pm

Here is my transcription of Rath and Kilnaboy baptisms 1819 – 1836: https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls ... 1/mode/1up

A word of caution: expect mistakes – I myself would not use any of it without double-checking with the original http://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls0 ... 1/mode/1up

If you are looking for surnames, or placenames, that usually begin with “C”, look under “K” also.

Edited Nov. 10, 2017 to include columns for page number (as online) and for entry numbers.

I deleted the attachments on Apr 04, 2019, in order to make space for my transcription of Kilmihil Marriages and Baptisms. But they have not disappeared - they are in "Donated Material" on clarelibrary.ie: http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclar ... 9-1881.htm

Wow, such a sterling effort Sheila. Thank you so much for your hard work on these - and having sort by townland is fantastic - enables us to see all those close connections. Have found at least one baptism showing a guessed connection between the 3 family names of those transported for the same "crime" in 1849.

Hi Kerry
I’m glad you found a connection that fits with the transportation of those people – it sounds like an interesting story.
