Would anyone know which areas of Clare were included in Cromwell's one mile strip?

There is information on this in John Prendergast's book "The Cromwellian Settlement of Ireland of Ireland" at pages 101 and 149. That might be a good place to look.

Many thanks Polycarp and Sadhbh
Local collective memory was of a Cromwellian settlement of the area.
This would be compatible with the establishment of the one mile strip as a security zone.
In the twentieth century the term cordon sanitaire came to be applied to such territorial arrangements.

For Polycarp and Sadhbh
A correction:
My reference to local collective memory in my reply was in respect of Meelick.
Its high ground covered Limerick on the north side.
