Recognition of the Library as a top site

Good news from a Mormon genealogy conference, in the form of articles placed online afterwards. David Ouimette's recognition of the Clare County Library's website as one of three top county sites is not only well-deserved but comes from a very experienced Irish-family researcher; his book is Finding Your Irish Ancestors: A Beginner's Guide (2005).
