Trying to find out some details about Denis Hallinan who was married to Mary O'Day.One of their sons Michael Hallinan was born in 1830 in Quin Clare and he married a Mary Fitzpatrick in Ennis Clare and emigrated to Queensland Australia in 1874 with their children Peter,Mary and Michael.
Any info on Mary Fitzpatricks parents would be greatly appreciated too, their names were Patrick Fitzpatrick and Mary Salley from Ennistymon i believe.
Thanks Michael

Have you searched through the Clare Library website already, Michael ? If not, just to get you started, at http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclar ... fithf2.htm there is a Patrick Fitzpatrick listed in the 1855 Griffiths Valuation as living in the townland of Deerpark West (see the map at http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclar ... 93674Z15F1* to find out where that is). Sallys (sic) are also listed in the locality at http://www.clarelibrary.ie/eolas/coclar ... ithss1.htm .

You can take it on from there using the search facility at http://www.clarelibrary.ie
