Historic Railway Fares

Post by dw422 » Wed May 28, 2014 3:30 pm

Hi, Thanks for the answers to my last post, I need to find out about the price of railway travel from Clare. I know that a ticket on the Titanic could cost as little as £3, and I want to price how much Clare emigrants would have paid to travel to America/Canada, Austrailia, etc. For now I am looking at those who could afford to pay rather than assisted passages.

regards,
Danny
