I browsed through the site and the following cemeteries are listed (some with photos). I will also be adding Rath Graveyard (Corofin) soon.

By the way, you can also contribute cemetery transcriptions directly to the Clare Library website (I contributed some from Ruan and Temple na deirca (Tubber).
