1895 Parliamentary Paper: magistrates, 41 W. Clare tenants

Using the search word lissinair (spelled exactly) in the Google Book search engine (main page, upper lefthand screen link labelled "more" and then using link for "books"), you can choose one of the two search results, the one for a Parliamentary
Paper of 1895 which has at p. 64 a Table of Judicial Rents (an Irish form of rent control) with 41 tenants named, all for
what appear to be West Clare townlands.

In the same Parliamentary Paper, on p. 9 there is a listing of 29 Clare magistrates, the purpose of which is to provide the
occupation or profession they had just prior to becoming a magistrate. If it is difficult to reach this section, use the search word stopford (spelled exactly) in this book's search engine, as that is the unique first name of one magistrate, Stopford Hickman. This information was provided to Parliament by the Commission of the Peace.

Hope this can be of some use.
