1848 Kilrush PLU evictions, by tenant name and townland

A Google Book (main search page, upper lefthand screen link labelled "more" and then use link for "books"), provides detailed listings of evictions carried out in the Poor Law Union of Kilrush in 1848. This can be reached by inputting the search word brisla (must be spelled exactly) in the Books search engine, which brings up several results, with the desired one for the evictions being a Parliamentary Paper.

I believe the Clare County Library has an evictions database for Kilrush; I don't know whether this online one overlaps with that one, but the online one is easily searchable with the search engine covering only this year of the Parliamentary Papers. You can input any townland or surname to reach a listing quickly.
