Hi
While researching Butler of Castle Crine in MS13560 I discovered between 30 and 50 folders in MS13560 in the NLI with trees and notes on lots of Burke and Browne families various Butlers (2-3) McDonnell of Doolan, Redington of Ennistymon, Spaight of Corbally , Redington of Ennistymon, MacNamara of Doolan, (there were several MacNamara trees_ Bodkin of Annagh Galway, Ross Lewin and many other Clare and Galway families. I was in a rush so just noted a few names that were of interest to me or I thought might interest others . This is the note in the catalogue as you will see it is not very informative.

If anyone had the time there is a lot that would be worth transcribing of Clare interest. There were no notes on most of the families I am researching.

As you will see from the catalogue entry below the cataloguing in the NLI leaves a lot to be desired.
Genealogical notes on seventy seven Clare and Galway families, compiled by Charles French Blake Foster, c. 1865. In alphabetical order.
