Looking for Family in Clare

Looking for information or records of my Grandfathers family form Kilkee Name of Stephen Deloughery, Born Dec 1887 to Cornelius Deloughery and Ellen Slattery who were married in Kilkee in April 1887.Cornelius Deloughery Father was called Tom Deloughery and Ellen Slattery Father was called James slattery.All lived and worked in the Kilkee / Kilrush area of Clare as far as I know.Would like to know where I can get Birth / marriage /Death records from.
