Elisa MORAN of Morrell of Ennis

Post by Lucille » Mon Mar 05, 2012 6:37 pm

Can anybody please help identify the Morrell in the information I have:-

Elisa MORAN of Morrell of Ennis, married Michael CASEY, fifth son of Nicholas CASEY, in the 1850s.

These CASEYS are the Quilty family, still in residence in the area. The information came, via Australia, from a conversation with a Mr Coffey so the spelling may reflect the sound of the word. Could Elisa be of the MORAN family of Ennis?

Thanks
Lucille Ellis

Michael Casey and Eliza Moran were my ancestors my grandfather ,father and myself are all named Michael Casey.
Presently, I live at Quilty and can be contacted " mjoecasey@hotmail.com"
I believe that their family home was Seaview, Quilty West
I have been in touch with some Casey connections in Australia and welcome family contact.
