Kilrush autobiography

Post by smcarberry » Fri Oct 10, 2008 1:46 am

For some easy reading, try a Google book, Ghosts of Kilrush by Joe Riley and Alan C. Atkins. The humor of Ch. 24, which
starts on p. 168, is good stuff. This is the story of an English-born lad taken in by a Kilrush family, with a great result.
He deals well with being of two different worlds, with a distinct preference for his Kilrush adopted home. There are a few
photos of the Delougherys.

Enjoy,
