a Prendergast christening/baptism Kilgobbin 1791?

This event had noted for a long time needs verification. My recollection is that it was obtained via C.M.C.R.
A Prendergast female child was taken to to the area of Castle Robert where stood the ruins of an Abbey,a small oratory 271/2 x19 wide, still stood,It was here that the ceremony was conducted. The childs forename was not printed on the information sheet, only the surname "PRENDERGAST"as I have typed it.It made a very angry looking statement,to say the least, on the Mothers part.
As i have a Mary,at a later matching date transported for her part in the 1798 Dungarvan uprising,(held in gaol until older) I would like to lay this item to rest one way or another.
A Thomas, killed at Malplaquet would fit the bill as a Husband inconveniently being removed prior to the birth.
Any light shed on this genealogical' itch' would be welcomed.
Thank you.
George.
