Widow O'Kelly, 94, marries Mr M'Namara, 24, at Inch Bridge

On August 17 1828 the widow O'Kelly, aged 94, married Mr M'Namara, aged 24, at Inch Bridge. It seems that "...a little property was the main inducement to the young man's matrimonial adventure and he has, it is understood, been a good deal disappointed" (Liverpool Mercury etc (Liverpool, England), Friday, September 5, 1828).
