Mrs Scott of Clontra murdered by burglars (1827)

Robbers broke into the house of J.Scott of Clontra near Trugh in County Clare and beat his wife to death because she recognised some of them (Jackson's Oxford Journal (Oxford, England), Saturday, February 3, 1827).
