A report in the Glasgow Herald (Glasgow, Scotland), Friday, February 10, 1826 tells of the drowning in Dromore lake of Coleman O'Loughlin, two young sons of Andrew Kerin Esq. of Ballyallah near Ennis, and a servant. The bodies of O'Loughlin and one of the Kerins were found.
