The Leeds Mercury (Leeds, England), Saturday, September 12, 1807 reports the death at 107 of Mr T Haggerty of Moy in the County of Clare. He was described as "....a celebrated and facetious farmer...".
The Hampshire Telegraph and Sussex Chronicle etc (Portsmouth, England), Monday, September 14, 1807 subsequently tells us that he was Mr Thomas Hagerty.
