Mr. McNamara - First name missing

I would like to find out the first name of a Mr. McNamara, mentioned in a newspaper cutting that I found among some bits and pieces left by a Clare relative. The cutting is torn (along the crease mark I think) and only the second half remains (see attach.) and there is no date. The back of the cutting lists areas, which are in Massachusetts, I think. This is shown in my second attachment.
As to the date, I think the year must be after 1922, when the BBC was founded.
The Paris Exposition referred to may be one of three: International Exposition of Modern Industrial and Decorative Arts held from April to October 1925;
International Colonial Exposition held for six-months in 1931; International Exposition dedicated to Art and Technology in Modern Life held in 1937.
The ship, Transylvania, referred to, must be the second Transylvania (the first Transylvania of the Anchor Line was sunk by a German submarine in May 1917). According to the entry on Wikipedia this second Transylvania was launched in Glasgow on 11th March, 1925, but I cannot find a passenger list.
The ship, Cameronia, referred to must be the second Cameronia (the first Cameronia, of the Anchor line, was sunk by a German submarine in Apr. 1917). The second Cameronia was built in 1920, but again I cannot find a passenger list. The westbound July 1926 voyage seems a possibility but, if there is a passenger list, it has not been transcribed.
Is finding the first name of this Mr. McNamara an impossible task? If anyone has suggestions about my next step I would be very thankful.
Sheila.
