Francis Lally

I am trying to find any information on a Francis Lally who we believe was from Clare. We know he was a member of the Royal Irish Constabulary. He was born in either 1809 or 1819 and emigrated from Ireland. The only thing we know was he was married 1849 in Cornwall,Ontario, Canada. We do not know the year he left Ireland or where he imigrated to. We would like to find also any birth records and parents and sibbling and their names. Fran
