Robert and Marcus Keane /Conyngham estate rent rolls

Would anyone know of the availability of rent rolls for the Clare portion of the Conyngham estate kept by the agents?
The agents in the 19th century were Robert Keane and Marcus Keane of Beechpark Ennis.
One rent roll was put on sale by Adams in Dublin a few years ago.
I am interested in tenancies in the Meelick [near Limerick] area.
I have transcribed two short lists from the Conyngham estate papers in the NLI.
