The late publication of this year's volume of The Other Clare has been the subject of much comment in recent months. I am delighted to report that my invitation to the long-awaited launch scheduled for Friday 12th November has just arrived. No doubt the journal will be packed with the usual articles of genealogical and historical interest and will be in the bookshops of Clare over the coming weekend.
