With dateline Dublin July 15 the Whitehall Evening Post or London Intelligencer (London, England), Thursday, July 20, 1749 reports that "....last Saturday Edward Ransford Esq. was married to Miss Francis Brenan (sic) of the County of Clare, an accomplished Lady with
