Charles Macdonnel of Kilkee dies 19-Oct-1743

Post by Paddy Casey » Tue Apr 08, 2008 9:01 pm

The Daily Advertiser (London, England), Thursday, November 3, 1743 reports that Charles Macdonnel, Esq., of Kilkee died 19-Oct-1743 and left an estate of £3000 per annum to his nephew James Foster, Esq., of Rathorpe in the County of Galway.

Another report with dateline Limerick October 25th in the Daily Gazetteer (London Edition) (London, England), Tuesday, November 8, 1743 tells us that Charles M'Donnell, one of the Burgesses of Ennis, died at his seat of Dromore "...last week..".

These are presumably the same person.
