In the British Parliamentary Papers, a volume was devoted to Irish valuation matters in 1842. Much of that concerns selecting a standard by which to rate properties, which apparently had to be approved by each local Board of Guardians. In the midst of letters on that topic, serving as reports of selected rates, from various unions/districts around the country, there are three areas for which a list appears of named voters (and for some other areas there is a table of statistics regarding voters. Two of the areas with voters' names shown look to be, on quick review, places in Queens (now Laois aka Leix) and Cork counties. The third one is Tulla in East Clare. I can attach to this posting three of the four screenshots needed to capture the Tulla list, and then the fourth attachment will be made to a reply to this posting.

This is the fourth and last part of the 1842 list of voters in Tulla, with the title page of the House volume.
