I stumbled across this 50-plus page family history prepared by Kevin O'Brien, full of obituaries in addition to a seemingly complete chart starting with John in 1760:

The U.S. locations cover the spectrum of places that Clare-born flocked to in the 1800s: Dubuque IA, Kaukauna WI, Buffalo NY, etc.
