Some East Clare RC records online in part

Post by smcarberry » Sun Apr 11, 2010 8:35 pm

In addition to contributed transcriptions of RC parish records in the donated databases section of the library's website, family historians maintain websites with spreadsheets of records which mention someone of their particular family's surname. A Madden descendant has posted online a large collection of such extractions which could be useful for research involving other surnames:

Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Ogonnelloe, Clare (Baptisms Mar 29, 1832 to Feb 25, 1869 and Marriages Feb 9, 1857 to Feb 9, 1869)

St Senan Catholic Church, Doonas and Truagh[now Clonlara], Clare (Baptisms July 27, 1851 to 10 Apr 1881 and Marriages Jul 1851 to Jul 31, 1883)

St Peter's Catholic Church, Broadford, Clare (Baptisms Jan 17, 1844 to Dec 19, 1880 and Marriages 10 Feb 1844 to 27 Nov 1880)

St Flannan's Catholic Church, Killaloe, Clare (Baptisms May 24, 1828 - Dec 8,1880 and Marriages Feb 26,1829 - Sep 7,1880)

Catholic Church, Kilnoe and Tomgraney, Clare (Baptisms Nov 1, 1832 - Dec 31, 1880 and Marriages Nov 2, 1832 - Jul 4, 1880)
